Job Opportunities 
As a multi award-winning, service-led hotel, the staff we employ at the Staffler are a very special breed indeed. We’re absolutely not looking for ‘ordinary’ in any way. For us, it’s not necessarily about academic qualifications but about the person, their experiences and character.
Our season starts in early December and continues until Friday 8th April 2022.
We have a tranche of existing staff, many of whom have been with us for a number of seasons, staff who fully understand the ethos of our operation – a product with guests at the centre of everything we do.
Our hotel-based, pre-season training program starts on December 1st. With the UK now outside the EU the protocol of the Brexit Withdrawal Agreement means that our ability to employ UK nationals holding only a British passport is more problematical. A seasonal visa will be required.
EU nationals wanting to work are still covered by the Schengen Agreement offering free trade and movement across all member states. Work at the Staffler may be of particular interest to nationals of both Ireland and the Netherlands.
