Job Opportunities
As a multi award-winning, service-led hotel, the staff we employ at the Staffler are a very special breed indeed. We’re absolutely not looking for ‘ordinary’ in any way. For us, it’s not necessarily about academic qualifications but about the person, their experiences and character.
We have a tranche of existing staff, many of whom have been with us for a number of seasons, staff who fully understand the ethos of our operation – a product with guests at the centre of everything we do.

Our new winter season starts 8 December 2022
Our hotel-based, pre-season training program starts on December 1st. With the UK now outside the EU the protocol of the Brexit Withdrawal Agreement means that our ability to employ UK nationals holding only a British passport is more problematical. A seasonal visa will be required with extensions organised locally in resort.
EU nationals wanting to work are still covered by the Schengen Agreement offering free trade and movement across all member states. Work at the Staffler may be of particular interest to English speaking nationals from any of the 27 member states, for British citizens with Austrian residency and the right to work or dual nationality British/EU citizens.

We’ve currently a small number of job opportunities. If you’re interested in one of the specific roles listed below then please contact us by email in the first instance attaching a current CV and highlighting why you feel you would be a positive addition to our team. We reply personally to all applications.

Flexibility and adaptability are absolutely key to the type of team member we employ. We actively search for flair and individuality and experiences which might enhance our product – playing an instrument, an ability to sing, past music and drama experience as examples. Non UK staff should be fluent English speakers. Our season long remuneration packages and general working terms and conditions are extremely competitive and reflect the calibre of staff we both employ and look to secure – remuneration is based on experience and will be discussed with those we may ask to interview – usually by Zoom.
